15 years ago on the 10th of August 2010 the 1st version of “MatSon Kimchi Cheese” was made at my friend’s dairy farm in Bodegraven. The 2nd version will soon be available in collaboration with De Kaasmeesters at Midden-Delfland, Schipluiden.
The quantity of “MatSon Kimchi Cheese“ is limited. If you want to order, [Order Reservation] make an advanced payment of € 5 to secure your purchase. When the cheese is ready, € 5 will be deducted from total amount of your order. Please, don’t forget to quote “MatSon Kimchi Cheese” when you make an advanced payment.
First come, first served.
We will contact you when “MatSon Kimchi Cheese” is matured enough.
